What You’ll Do Adhere to process guidelines, SOPs, and compliance requirements Handle end-to-end backend operations, including order processing, billing, and claims Supervise queues and handle workload effectively to ensure timely delivery Meet and exceed defined benchmarks, such as TAT, accuracy, and efficiency Continuously improve speed and efficiency through proactive problem-solving Participate in training and skill development sessions to stay current with industry guidelines Qualifications Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience Proven experience in the US retirement process domain Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Why Choose Principal?
